Esmart offers professional repair services for a wide range of electronics. Get your device back to full working order with our certified technicians.
What we repair
We service smartphones, tablets, laptops, and select home appliances. Common repairs include screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, software troubleshooting, and water damage assessment.
How to book a repair
Bring your device to our Dubai store or contact us at ismath@esmartme.com to arrange a drop-off or assessment. Please describe the issue as clearly as possible so we can provide an accurate quote before any work begins.
Repair turnaround time
Most standard repairs are completed within 1–3 business days. Complex repairs or those requiring imported parts may take longer. We will give you a clear timeline and keep you updated throughout the process.
Repair warranty
All repairs carried out by Esmart technicians are covered by a 90-day repair warranty. If the same fault reoccurs within 90 days of the repair, we will fix it at no additional charge.
Out-of-warranty repairs
We also accept out-of-warranty repairs for devices no longer covered by the manufacturer. A diagnostic fee may apply, which will be credited toward the repair cost if you proceed.
