Our approach to sustainability

We recognise that the electronics industry has a significant environmental footprint. We are taking steps to minimise our impact through responsible sourcing, reduced packaging waste, and supporting the circular economy through device repair and refurbishment.

Device repair over replacement

One of the most sustainable things you can do with a device is keep it running longer. Our repair services are designed to extend the life of your electronics, reducing e-waste and saving you money at the same time.

Packaging

We are working to reduce single-use plastic in our packaging and transition to recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible. Our goal is to make every Esmart delivery as low-waste as it can be.

E-waste disposal

We encourage customers to dispose of old electronics responsibly. Information on e-waste collection points and recycling programmes in the UAE will be added here. Contact us if you need guidance on how to recycle your old devices.
